My name is Dr. Jeffrey E. Buller, and I have been practicing chiropractic in the Rochester Hills area for 32 years. I attended Michigan State University for my undergraduate studies, and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic - Davenport in 1982. My specialized training includes: Chiropractic Neurology, Upper Cervical adjusting, Concussions, and Pediatric Chiropractic.
Years ago chiropractic helped me tremendously and stirred in me a strong desire to help others with their health.
Let me tell you my story....
I was growing up in St. Joseph, Michigan, and was just thirteen at the time. My friend and I were goofing around with a couple of hard plastic bats, and it was all good fun until my buddy walloped me in the head by mistake. The intense headaches started the next day, and they did not stop. Often they were so bad I would vomit. Every day for the following year I had one intense headache after another. I tried my best to be as "normal" as I could, but it was tough. Then things got even worse! I started to hunch over from the pain and problems of my injury, and other kids made fun of me. Then I lost my running speed. I went from being the fastest kid in my class to running at a snail's pace. I was devastated! My mom took me to the family doctor who said, "Mrs. Buller, don't worry ! He's just a typical lazy thirteen year-old. He'll grow out of it (soon)." Well, I did not grow out of it. Not by a long shot.
Three years later, my mom finally took me to a new doctor. This new doctor performed an exam, took x-rays, and "adjusted" my spine. The adjustment did not hurt, it actually felt good! I started to have less headaches and could stand straighter. This doctor was a chiropractor! Chiropractic worked so well for me, and I was so impressed with the other "miracles" I saw in his office, that I decided to become a chiropractor myself.
My wife, Donna, and our children, Jeffrey (31), Christopher (27), and Shanna (23) all have benefited greatly from chiropractic over the years.
